Teaminix ("we", "us") provides a security operations platform to security companies (our "customers"). This policy explains how we handle personal information for visitors to this marketing site and for users of the platform. It is a general summary and does not override any agreement between us and a customer.
Information we collect
From site visitors: the details you submit in a demo or contact form (name, work email, company, phone, message) and standard technical data such as IP address and browser type. From platform users: the account, scheduling, HR, payroll and operational data your company enters to run its operation.
How we use information
To respond to demo and sales requests, to provide and operate the platform for our customers, to secure and improve the service, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Data on behalf of customers
Much of the personal data in the platform (for example, employee and incident records) is provided and controlled by our customers. For that data, the customer is the controller and we act as a processor, handling it according to our agreement with them and their instructions.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting, database and email delivery), each bound to protect it, and when required by law. Each customer’s data is isolated from other customers.
Security & retention
We use encryption in transit, per-company isolation and role-based access to protect data, and we retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law or contract.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you as a site visitor. Platform users should direct such requests to their employer (our customer). Contact us through the demo form to reach our team.
